A standard residential build can take 6-7 months. A typical townhouse takes eight to ten months from slab pour to handover. The timeline depends on the scale of the development and council processing. We give you a clear programme before we start.
We ask for a ten percent deposit when you sign the sale and purchase agreement. The balance is due on settlement when the title and code compliance certificate are issued. Your deposit is held in a solicitor's trust account.
Yes, within a curated palette. You can choose joinery colours, flooring, tiles, and benchtops from our designer range. Structural changes are not possible once consent is lodged.
Every Summit home comes with a ten-year Master Build Guarantee. It covers structural defects, weathertightness, and non-structural workmanship for two years. You also get a twelve-month defects period for minor adjustments.
We focus on our own design-led developments in Christchurch. Occasionally we take on a house and land package for a client. Speak to us if you already own a section.
